  • Fifth and Union resizedThe Rainier Square redevelopment project at Fifth and Union was recently featured in both the Seattle Times and Daily Journal of Commerce. PSF is the mechanical contractor on this project team that includes Wright Runstad & Company, Lease Crutcher Lewis, and NBBJ. Plans now include the addition of eight more floors to the tower for luxury apartments, and an increase in the average size per unit to more than 1,000 square feet.


  • We are excited to announce that our ongoing relationship with Alexandria Real Estate Equities has expanded to include a long-term commitment to provide HVAC and facilities services to numerous bio-tech and life sciences properties in the Puget Sound region. We have hired ten new staff members to increase capabilities and support growth in this market. For this commitment alone, this growth includes approximately one million square feet of space.

  • Earlier this month, the Washington State Chapter of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE) held its 13th annual conference at the Yakima Convention Center. Attendance appeared to be higher this year than ever before, with facilities managers, engineers, and service providers coming from all three chapters — Eastern, Puget Sound, and Southwest.
