PSF Appoints Wayne Hale as Chief Executive Officer

After a thorough and deliberate selection process, PSF is delighted to announce the appointment of Wayne Hale as Chief Executive Officer. Hale’s focus is to improve upon the company’s operational excellence, optimize profitability, and guide it through its strategic growth and diversification plans. “Wayne is an engaging and dynamic leader. We welcome his experience and passion as we navigate the evolving Puget Sound construction landscape,” said Warren Beardsley, Chairman of the Board.

Hale brings more than 15 years of senior corporate executive experience to his new role at PSF having lead multiple national and international organizations to record levels of productivity, safety, and organizational excellence. Hale most recently served as President and CEO of Gopher Resource, the second largest recycler of lead in the US. “My interests in PSF include the opportunity to lead a company with a compelling vision and solid values, being able to capitalize on great capabilities and opportunities, and working with great people,” said Hale, “and success begins with the expectation of excellence, planning for excellence, and then celebrating excellence.”

A Puget Sound native, Mr. Hale earned a Bachelor of Science, Chemistry, from Western Washington University, Cum Laude, and a MBA from Ohio University with an emphasis on business analysis, operations, and organization redesign.
