Transforming the Workplace Through a Culture of Wellbeing

This week, our employee engagement committee hosted a wellbeing expo that educated employees and offered suggestions for healthier living through a variety of ways. Attendees had the opportunity to meet with local health-, wellness-, and community-focused organizations and gather information that can have a positive impact on their lifestyles and wellbeing. Topics included healthy cooking, nutrition, fitness, chiropractic and massage care, financial stability, travel, continuing education, and philanthropy. Our philanthropic partner, Bloodworks NW, was also on hand to conduct a blood drive, helping ensure the safety of the ill and injured people in our community. We are grateful to report that nearly 25% of the staff from the headquarters office volunteered to donate blood.
